Exceptionally comfortable and pleasant property with a sensational breakfast. Extremely comfy bed in the spotless and silent room. - Great pool, parking onsite. - Free parking, shuttle to the airport. - Very central location, at a short distance from Saint Vladimir Orthodox Church.

We had twin room to ourselves with a workable size bathroom and 3 beds & 1 executive twin plus safe. The breakfast was amazing for vegetarians and the food was tasty. The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walk from Tha Phae Gate.

Hotel was perfect, perfect services, and it had perfect location right in the night bazaar. The whole experience was very nice...

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a comfy double bed.

Thought the ground floor looked grand and expected the rest of the hotel to be the same and was disappointed when it was not.

Booked four nights and checked out after the first night. Room’s small, in very poor condition and in need of decorating. TV and bathroom noise can be heard from other rooms. Told reception but no comment. Breakfast expansive at nearly 400 baht per hear, very poor selection available, yogurt in carton and on expire date, only white bread available. Really everything very basic and what I would expect from a 2 start hotel. I felt embarrassed in front of my guest for choosing such a place. Hence checked out.

The inside was fairly clean and we enjoyed delicious breakfast with a variety of food options.

Overall it was big with 3beds.

We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

Views appeared to be not so good.

Great location, close to in-house Jasmine restaurant and Wat Loi Khroh. the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food. - Quick and easy check-in process and appreciated the option for late check-out. - the airport shuttle service was convenient and the pool was lovely.

the bathroom floor. a very stupid 3 inch ledge beneath the bathroom door that I stubbed my toe on and possibly broke my toe. very poor design and this should be looked at.

easy check-in after 14.30pm, attentive employees. beautifully maintained room plus with 3 beds & 1 executive twin. top-class and attentive staff and excellent service. shuttle available from airport if needed.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Fantastic location near night bazaar, markets, eateries, and convenience stores. Spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom suite. Excellent breakfast and helpful concierge. Prompt response to medical emergency.

All was good.

Our stay at the Royal Princess was great. The Staff were very heplful, freindly and courteous. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Its a great value for the money and the location is perfect.

There was some painting going on in the hallway which created some fumes but did not impact our stay. I think the majority of the renovations are complete
